Kennon heating and air delivered a great customer experience from start to finish. Due to our constraints, we needed them to come late in the day to replace our AC. All of the staff I spoke with on the phone were very kind. Scott and Will were excellent. They were courteous and polite, wore shoe coverings without any need to ask, and made sure to cover all of the areas they needed to walk through. I’m sure it was a long day for them as they had to work late to get the job done. It was extremely hot in our attic and I’m certain quite miserable, I greatly appreciate that both of them were still smiling with all of our interactions. Even though it was a late night for them, they made sure to go over our new system with us and show us the changes. Professional, polite, and clean. I would definitely recommend.

Our air conditioner went out on a very hot day. We called Kennon and got an immediate response. Daniel Lopez was our installer for a new unit. He was efficient , on time and picked up packaging, boxes and the old unit. He thoroughly explained the tests he made, and about the unit. I highly recommend them.

These guys truly know what good customer service and good work means. We called them for a quote (free), Hunter came to our home on a Sunday afternoon and gave us all the information we could ever want to make the best decision regarding our new HVAC. We were shocked to hear that people could come out the very next day to install it and they did just that! We were trying to wait on a very unreliable home warranty to fix all of our problems but we should have gone to Kennon a long time ago!

Jeremy S. was very thorough at inspecting and resolving the issue. He took the time to explain every detail to me on how to care for my hvac system. He had the job done in a timely manner and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I will be requesting him the next time I need a professional.
