Very professional, very fast, and affordable price. I put out 3 requests for quotes and I still haven't heard back from the other companies. Kennon called back in less than 30min and were at my door in an hour. Well put together company, Very happy.

I called Kennon recently to fix a plumbing issue. The plumber that came out – Matt Stewart – was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, and diagnosed the problem. Thankfully, it was a smaller problem than thought, and he was honest about the best way to approach it, which probably saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend his services in the company.

The technician that I had the first time experiencing, as a new customer of Kennon Heating & Air, was the most qualified, thorough, and most experienced technician that I have encountered. I hope that all future experiences with the technicians from Kennon Heating & Air are likewise just as thorough and experienced. Thank you for such a welcoming experience as a new customer!

Isaiah was my Kennon service agent. He was prompt and very very thorough! He took photos of everything (before and after) and was very clear and detailed in his explanation of what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Isaiah and Kennon Heating and Air! Thank you, Isaiah! I would just like to add that not only was he very thorough, he was very honest and kind and upright. He did not push me to do anything or to buy anything. He just gave me my options and helped me to make my decisions. What a breath of fresh air!

Our air went out and at 8:30pm I called and they offered an appointment that night. We decided to just go with the next day. They came and diagnosed what was wrong. Then Blake came out and gave us our options. We decided to go with a new unit. Blake was awesome! Didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell us on anything. It was like talking to a friend. Can’t wait to get our new unit on Monday!”

We have had the Kennon service plan for years and I have used them for everything from HVAC, to installing a tankless hot water heater, and handling some gas line issues. They have been amazing and prompt every time. Couldn't ask for better service.

Mike absolutely rules! We thought we were going to have to replace the entire system, but through his extensive knowledge, Mike was able to diagnose and put a much more affordable fix in place to get us back in the cool! Can't thank Mike enough for helping us and suffering with our bushes poking him the whole time while he was working.

I received a text from the company when the technician was on his way. He arrived before time so I invited him in. His name was Cody Evans. I had the best experience with him. I highly recommend him to install an upgraded Thermostat. I am certain he does other things but this was a small job done with a great attitude, workmanship, communication skills, and passion for what he does. He programmed everything including the APP to be used on my mobile device. He demonstrated how to use the features and cleaned his work area. Thanks Mr. Evans

Kennon Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing were so quick to respond. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and within 30 minutes Brandon was here to do my new wireless thermostat installation. He was prompt, very professional and did an excellent job of explaining what the project entailed. I would recommend Kennon and Brandon for anyone that is looking for a prompt, quality job.”

We had our furnaces serviced and our ducts cleaned in the last few days. The tech for each job was great. But I wanted to say today Sylvester Rowe cleaned the duct work and was fantastic! His attention to detail was superb. His communication was great. He explained everything. Would use this guy again and again. The company Kennon Heating and Air are top notch! They communicate, they show up, and they perform quality work. The services are fairly priced. In addition when you call the office, the staff is receptive and a pleasure to talk to. Just A+ all around. Will continue to do business with!

I had Kennnon Heating Air & Plumbing out to my house yesterday. The experience was great. First I called after hours on a holiday weekend, got a person who answered the phone, made an appointment no problem. Then I got texts and calls along the way. Michael showed up on time, wore shoe coverings, was polite and professional. Listened to my issues, worked on it all, taught me some things, charged me what they said they would, offered me quotes for the projects we talked about, and left. I don’t know what else you could ask for. Will keep using them for sure, and recommend them as well.”

Caleb was awesome and able to come out late on a hot June afternoon to take a look at my intermittent AC fan. He fixed me right up and I came out ahead of schedule and under budget. Caleb also took time to answer questions about AC upgrades and gave me some excellent tips for the future. Super fast and professional, I couldn't be happier with calling Kennon.

My AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air. This company was recommended by a friend so I made an appointment the same day. From setting the appointment to the technician arriving on time, everything went surprisingly smoothly. Isaiah made a quick diagnosis and got my AC working in less than an hour. Signed up for the membership and will be using this company again!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kennon Heating And Air. We own a short term rental and the air conditioning went out on a Sunday, which also happened to be Father’s Day. I called several places for an emergency call out before I spoke to Kennon who told me that they could get out the same day. I was greatly relieved that my rental guests would not be sweltering. The technician Isaiah explained the situation so thoroughly and he was a pleasure to communicate with. He got it fixed in a very short amount of time and made some suggestions to prevent the situation from reoccurring. The repair was very affordable and expeditious. I would give them a 10 if I could!

Matt was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He had made a quote for the installation of a drainage pump, and stuck to the quote even though his costs greatly exceeded his estimate. In fact, he ultimately managed to fix the problem without the need for the pump, saving me over $1000. Clearly, he had my best interest in mind. I trust him and would use him again for any future needs i may have.
