Richard is a smart, experienced plumber. It was interesting to watch him troubleshoot a problem that eluded a previous plumber. He is still working the issue, but I have full confidence he will figure it out and fix it without overcharging me. Now I've had the opportunity to work with Marlin on an HVAC issue. Caleb is our tech. He has been to our home twice and is always punctual and very professional. We’ve had an ongoing issue, created by a previous contractor that he is being challenged to correct and is doing a great job of communicating the problems and how they are going to be fixed. We can’t say enough good things about this company and their service. We also had a second floor brand new unit installed this summer and it works beautifully. My AC went out during the summer. I had another company come out and fix issue. It was a temporary fix because a week later the same issue happened again. They came out for a second time and fixed it again. The AC went out again. We had family coming into town and needed to get issue fixed asap. The company who did the original fix couldn't come out so I called Kennon. They worked me in and resolved the issue. They replaced the same part the other company installed. Turns out their part was a better product and we haven't had any issues with AC unit ever since.

He was on time, very thorough with his explanation, gave us tips on how to maintain our system in the future for the specific issue we had, and gave us a couple options on how to proceed with price points for each.
